Why I Built Navaroa
Moving is rarely difficult because you don't know how to pack a box.
It's difficult because there are dozens of things to organise, often at different times, with one thing depending on another. What applies to one move may not apply to the next. Add a different city, state or country, a rental or property sale, children or pets, and it quickly becomes difficult to know what you need to do — and when.
I recently moved from Perth to Papamoa with my wife, our six-month-old son and our dog. That experience reinforced a simple idea: people don't need another generic moving checklist. They need a plan that makes sense for their particular move.
I'm an engineer by background, and that shaped how I approached the problem. I started looking at moving as a coordination problem — understanding what needs to happen, what depends on something else, and when each task needs to be done.
That coordination problem became Navaroa.
What Navaroa Does
Navaroa creates a personalised moving plan based on your circumstances.

The aim isn't to give you more information to sort through. It's to make a complicated transition feel more organised and manageable.
